I’m Sam Mueller, founder and owner of 22One Sports Group.

I started 22One with a simple but powerful vision: to represent baseball players who are committed to excelling not just on the field, but in their faith, character, and leadership. As someone who has a deep love for the game of baseball and a stronger love for Christ, I believe that true success is defined by more than stats, contracts, or fame — it’s defined by the legacy you leave behind.

The name 22One comes from Proverbs 22:1, which says, "A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold." That verse shapes everything we do. My goal is to walk alongside athletes who want their careers to be about more than personal gain — athletes who want to honor God, serve others, and build a name that stands for integrity and excellence.

With a heart for mentorship, I am passionate about helping players navigate the pressures of professional baseball while staying true to their values. At 22One, we don’t just negotiate contracts; we invest in people, support dreams, and help build lives and legacies that glorify Christ.
